01 Acceptance of Terms

Each individual may hold only one Bengal Win account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering at Bengal Win, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Bengal Win login credentials.
• You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Bengal Win account.
• Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your Bengal Win account, you must contact support immediately.

04 Deposits and Payments

06 Bonuses and Promotions

• Each bonus at Bengal Win may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bengal Win's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

13 Account Termination

• Players may close their own Bengal Win account at any time by contacting customer support.
• Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification.
• Accounts closed due to terms violations will have all balances forfeited.
• Bengal Win may reopen a closed account at its sole discretion following a review of the circumstances.

14 Disputes
